pioneer:impact , a joint initiative of Impact Hub Tirol and Werkstätte Wattens,
is a 12-month hybrid accelerator program that empowers entrepreneurs to scale their impact in a sustainable and meaningful way in order to make them investment-ready.

Deep Learning Program
Teams
The participating teams go through an 8-month training program for impact-focused entrepreneurship (7 modules, 3 days each, 6 weeks intervals, input & exchange on-site at Werkstätte Wattens, Tyrol, or remotely). The program ends in February 2023 with a 'Graduation Pitch Day' in front of potential investors and the possible qualification for the 4-month follow-up module of a 1:1 Deep Mentoring.

Deep Mentoring Program
Teams
The most promising teams will go through a 4-month 1:1 intensive coaching program. The program ends in June 2023 with an Investment Pitch Day in front of a selected audience.

Each team is unique. During the Deep Mentoring Program, we match you with dedicated mentors who focus even deeper on your individual needs.
investments
On the Investment Pitch Day, our pioneer:impact Investment Committee decides which impact-driven startup(s) will receive an investment of EUR 150k+. There may also be further investments by interested investors.

Impact Investing
In the pioneer:impact program, we grant teams access to the right funding rather than relying on one-size-fits-all funding structures. pioneer:impact combines personal and entrepreneurial development with community building, peer-to-peer learning & outdoor experience. Tyrol is an extraordinary place, a real adventure playground! During the on-site modules, participants enjoy a wide range of opportunities for entrepreneurial and personal growth, peer-to-peer learning, joint activities, and wellbeing in an Alpine environment.
Holistic Wellbeing
Impact entrepreneurs are pioneers when it comes to addressing societal challenges while building a growing business. Growing pains, stress, overwhelm, team cohesion, and burnout are among the biggest challenges. In cooperation with Hil Foundation, pioneer:impact integrates mental health, resilience, emotional leadership and personal growth in our program. We offer support networks through training, coaching, peer-to-peer sharing & learning, as well as complementary activities.

This is your ticket to a workspace in Tyrol's impact & startup hot spots! We will provide you with a free temporary or permanent workspace for the duration of the program.
