pioneer:impact is a joint project of the Impact Hub Tirol and the Werkstätte Wattens.
The accelerator is backed by a team of five. We all bring our own impact story and motivation to the program.
Charly Kleissner is our experienced impact investor. Jana Ganzmann and Alex Auer have been shaping the impact ecosystem for years as co-founders of Impact Hub Tirol. Viktoria Steger is our community and program manager. Alexander Koll is the head of the Tyrolean startup hotspot Werkstätte Wattens.

pioneer:impact is an independent accelerator program by Impact Hub Tirol and Werkstätte Wattens. We have found great co-founding partners who are funding most of this program to ensure its independence. Other sponsors and pro-bono partners are contributing to our program. There is also a 1,500 EUR participation fee per team.
